Change of direction

I just wanted to let you know of a change which means I won’t be taking any new clients.

One of my goals when starting Holistic Notion was to connect people to natural health traditions.

I wanted to share what I love about it. I’ve personally found traditional systems to be empowering as they give us a different perspective from which to understand and problem solve our health, experiences and life in a holistic way.

Plans are underway for the next phase of Holistic Notion which moves me out of the clinic and providing more education and empowerment opportunities online.

I hope to share ways you can explore, learn and integrate natural systems over the next year.
